Fear and greed: Balance Risk Management composed two!

If you have already complied with within a casino in good faith, you know how to find the craps table, make pause and listen to the excited shouts and find five high in the air! Is "Fun" of each installation of the game. So why do so many people lose in the dice? poor risk management. It is essentially a game of chance … a roll of the dice. It refers to "a better chance of winning," and rarely refer to "lower your chances of losing, but that's what this entry is on the blog. In Craps, to reduce the chance of losing, just follow some simple guidelines to minimize the downside risk. For example, stay away from Miller of Paris, "" I bet you can afford to lose, and stay away all none Paris despair. Finally, know when to walk still has cash left … can play another day!

Knowledge you are ready to let down their investment before taking a loss and sell made is also important … data points in the overall investment strategy to know how much you're willing to give up before taking the value of their benefits, or pick up your chips on the table before heading to the restaurant for a big steak dinner! I I call it the balance of fear and greed factor, but the technical term is composed of risk management (CRM).

CRM is practiced by conservative investors where:

1) Develop a strategy for action research before investing a lot;

2) using a limit order to buy that " limits "How much is paid to the owner of a particular title;

3) establish a selling price of the shares are "in the money" (The management of greed);

4) establish a selling price of shares that are "outside money" (management of fear);

5) to maintain their rules! Be deliberate, cold and clinical about your purchase / sale of disciplines, and you have to manage risk.

In the vast continuum of human emotions, each end of the spectrum with the support of an extreme emotion: Fear and greed. Use specific behavior, such as those mentioned above to help manage risk through management of emotions.

Many runners of "selling the sizzle" investors by dropping irretrievably "Love" with a population because of its great history, product potential or a combination of both.

Avoid emotional attachment to goods to be bought and sold every day for a million and one reasons. In doing so, not only limits its risk of losing everything, but you will reduce what can often be a process complicated and fear to a set of concise, calculated, and many of the reasonable behavior.

CRM helps ensure you get to take the train for many years come!
